Sri Lankan customers – You don’t have to pay for returns, we will pick it up from your door step and exchange it for another choice or offer you credit for a future purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. International customers – You have 21 days to get the item back to us, the only difference would be that you would have to send it back to us. Your preferred exchange item though will be sent to you at our cost. - You can return any item for a store refund within 14 days Local (Sri Lanka) & International upon receiving your original order. Kindly notify Us Immediately via mail or through my account returns.
- You can also exchange your item within 14 days Local (Sri lankan) & International orders, as long as the new item has the same price at which you bought the original product. In the event the price is higher you are liable to pay this cost.
- International Returns the cost of postage will be Bourne by the customer unless there is a defect in the products.
- We’ll send your replacement to the original delivery address. To check or update your address details, log into My Account and click ‘edit’ below your Address Book (remember to click ‘Save’ when you’re done).
- If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then a refund will be issued instead.
- We allow return & exchange of products sold (except for the products – Bras, Swim wear, underwear or any type of inner garments & Accessories)
- All goods will be inspected on return.
- We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
- In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
